attentive staff complimentary tea easy access
I was delighted the staff were so attentive. They assisted with my luggage upon arrival. the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee throughout my stay. the location provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I appreciated this.
the staircase to my room was a bit narrow , which posed a small challenge with my suitcase.

the staff provided prompt responses to inquiries and offered assistance with local attractions. they arranged transportation to the train station and ensured a smooth check-in process. the team was available 24/7.

The hotel's proximity to the seafront allowed for easy walks along the beach. This brought me joy. nearby, i found various shops and restaurants, perfect for exploration. the pier was just a short stroll away.

street noise secondary glazing
Breakfast had good choices and the staff acted friendly.
The room faced the street. It proved rather noisy at night. Secondary glazing should be installed on the windows to address the issue.

slow draining faulty shower
the location was acceptable, literally a few minutes from the sea front.
i booked a double room ensuite and the shower was slow draining. i had to turn off the water several times while showering to prevent overflow onto the carpet. i told the staff, but no attempt was made to fix this.

a stay with minor drawbacks
pleasant staff seafront location fresh produce high floor slamming door unnecessary furniture
the staff were pleasant. the location worked well, placing me close to the seafront. breakfast included fresh produce, i found it tasty.
my room was on the third floor, this was quite high. slamming doors continued until late. some unnecessary furniture filled my bedroom.

Acceptable hotel, but some issues
great location friendly staff stuffy room unclean carpet
The hotel's location was good. It was close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff was GENERALLY friendly.
The room felt stuffy, and the carpets did not feel clean. My room was on the third floor with a sheer drop outside the window. I could not lock the windows.

the room had all necessities included it was a beautiful double room ensuite. i found locally sourced ingredients in the really good breakfast it had quality.
the hotel did not have free parking that could be slightly problematic.

loud room poor sleep
the breakfast was fine and had several options.
the room was quite loud, i heard people running around at 4am! it woke me up and my dog panicked and barked. i didn't sleep well for two nights!
