“What stands out is its embrace of Brighton's spirit, a short stroll from the beach and pier. The blend of a modern townhouse with a French bistro gives it a distinct flavour, alongside the rare perk of welcoming dogs without extra fees. I think it's a smart pick for families or anyone wanting to be right in the heart of things, with a dash of local charm.”

Breakfast had good choices and the staff acted friendly.
The room faced the street. It proved rather noisy at night. Secondary glazing should be installed on the windows to address the issue.

the location was acceptable, literally a few minutes from the sea front.
i booked a double room ensuite and the shower was slow draining. i had to turn off the water several times while showering to prevent overflow onto the carpet. i told the staff, but no attempt was made to fix this.

The hotel's location was good. It was close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff was GENERALLY friendly.
The room felt stuffy, and the carpets did not feel clean. My room was on the third floor with a sheer drop outside the window. I could not lock the windows.
